Saturday Evening Pizza Party
Please note that Pizza Party Tickets are NOT included with any Registration Package. If you wish to attend, tickets MUST be purchased at the time of registration.

About Sessions
During the registration process you will be asked to indicate which sessions you will be attending. Session space is limited, so indicate your choices to avoid disappointment. Sessions are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Sessions and speakers are subject to change. Please note that CERP sessions are educational sessions for Lactation and Healthcare Professionals and are therefore quiet sessions (quiet babies in arms only). NON Lactation and Healthcare Professionals are also welcome to register for CERP sessions but in case of large demand priority will be given to Lactation and Healthcare Professionals. If you have selected one or more of the CERP sessions that are offered on Saturday and if you are NOT a Health Care Professional, you will be asked to indicate a second choice option for these timeslots below as we may not be able to accommodate everyone in these sessions.
Additional Meal Tickets
If you require additional meal tickets for your group, they MUST be purchased at the time of registration.The prices are shown in the table below. If you have any SPECIAL Meal Requests please indicate so during the registration process. We cannot guarantee though that all requests can be accommodated.

Payment Options
During the Online Registration process you will be able to select either Credit Card Payment or Cheque Payment option. If you choose the Cheque Payment option please NOTE that cheques are to be made out to: Celebrating Mothers Conference.
Refund Policy
Before Apr. 24, 2010: 100% refund less $20 handling fee. Before May 05, 2010: 50% refund less $20 handling fee. No refunds as of May 05, 2010.
